With PBG parking vouchers, you can offer employees, customers or guests convenient parking in selected multi-storey car parks and underground car parks in Frankfurt am Main. The vouchers are ideal for businesses, events or as a service for customers – they are easy to use and offer transparent billing.
Easy to order, convenient to redeem
Parking vouchers can be ordered directly via the online form. Once you have selected the desired car park, the number of vouchers and the voucher value, the total amount is calculated automatically. Payment can be made either by invoice or in cash upon collection at the car park. Once issued, the parking vouchers can be collected from the selected car park on the specified date. The parking voucher is redeemed during the payment process at the pay-on-exit machine and the voucher value is deducted from the parking fee. Any remaining balance must be paid by the user.

Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Parking vouchers are valid only in the selected car park
- It is not possible to reserve parking spaces
- Unused vouchers cannot be returned or refunded
- Any remaining balance on vouchers will not be refunded
- If the value of the voucher is insufficient, the user must pay the difference
- Vouchers can be used at self-service pay stations, but not directly at the exit
Order your parking vouchers online
Once you have submitted the form, your order will be checked and processed manually. You will then receive an order confirmation, which will reconfirm your preferred collection date. The parking vouchers can then be collected from the selected car park on the date specified.

What should I do if I lose my parking ticket and find it later?
If you find your ticket after paying, you can submit it along with your payment receipt using the ‘Lost and Found Parking Ticket’ form on the website. We will check whether a refund is possible.
How can I pay for my parking ticket?
At all pay-on-exit machines, you can pay in cash, by debit or credit card, or using contactless payment (e.g. Apple Pay or Google Pay). In car parks with number plate recognition, payment can also be made online via your smartphone.
What to do if the pay-on-exit machine isn’t working?
Please use the intercom at the pay-on-exit machine. You will be put through directly to the PBG control centre, where we will be happy to assist you. In car parks with number plate recognition, you can complete your payment online by scanning the QR code displayed.
Can I pay using my smartphone?
Yes, in parking garages with license plate recognition, you can conveniently complete your parking transaction online by scanning the QR code posted there.
What does ‘cashless parking’ mean?
As well as the traditional cashless payment at the pay-on-exit machine, ‘cashless parking’ with us also means no more parking tickets and no more pay-on-exit machines. For ‘Pay-by-invoice parking’, you set up a customer account; your number plate is automatically recognised when you enter and exit, and your parking charges are billed online each month.
Can I get a parking receipt at a later date?
Yes, please go to the ticket machine at the PBG control centre. They can issue a receipt for you.
How does payment work at the electric charging point?
Payment is processed through your e-mobility provider (e.g., ENBW, Ionity, or Mainova). Parking fees must be paid separately before leaving the parking lot.
I’ve noticed an error when paying. What should I do?
Please note down the car park, the date, the time and the amount, and send us this information by email. We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
How does ‘Pay-by-invoice parking’ work?
With the “Pay-by-invoice parking” service, you can park without having to pay at the payment machine each time you park. The license plate number you have on file in the customer portal will be automatically recognized. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice for all parking transactions, which you can view in your account. Please note that you must register your number plate before your first entry.

What if I change my number plate or sell my car?
Simply update your number plate in the customer portal. This ensures that only active vehicles are billed. Please note that you must register your number plate before your first entry.
What is a parking voucher?
A parking voucher is a prepaid voucher that you can use to pay for parking at participating PBG car parks.

How do I redeem a parking voucher?
Before exiting, enter your license plate number on the touchscreen at the automated toll booth. The parking fee is displayed. Hold the parking voucher in front of the QR/barcode scanner (located in the center of the payment machine), and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the parking fee.
Which car parks are the parking vouchers valid for?
The parking vouchers are valid at the PBG car parks in Frankfurt listed on the voucher.
When does a parking voucher expire?
Parking vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
Can I get a replacement for a lost parking voucher?
No, for security reasons, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
