- Contract term: from 2 months, renewable on a monthly basis thereafter
- Payment: conveniently by SEPA direct debit

- Sign the contract: You’ll receive your rental agreement digitally for signing.
- Ready to go: You’ll get access to your customer portal, where you can manage the licence plates you want to use in the car park.

On what date can I sign a long-term tenancy agreement?
Rentals always begin on the 1st. of a month. The application for a lease must be submitted no later than 14 days before the 1st. for the desired month.
As a long-term park holder, do I get a permanently reserved parking space?
No, as a rule, you are free to choose your own space in our car parks.
Do the opening hours of the car parks also apply to long-term tenants?
No, long-term tenants can enter and exit 24/7 without restriction. This also applies even if the sign says ‘occupied’.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum rental period is two months.
How long is the tenancy agreement valid?
The tenancy is valid for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month.
How can I rent a long-term parking space?
You can complete the online application form on the PBG website. We will check availability and get back to you.
How is payment made for long-term parking?
Payment is made monthly in advance for the current month via SEPA direct debit.
Can I cancel my long-term parking contract?
Yes, you can cancel your contract in writing, but please mind the notice period specified in your contract. This is one month’s notice, effective at the end of the month. Please send your notice of cancellation to kuendigung-pbg@abg.de.
Can I switch my long-term parking space?
If there are spaces available in another car park, it may be possible to switch. Please contact PBG directly. Please note that the car parks have different long-term rental rates.
Is there a waiting list for long-term parking spaces?
A waiting list for long-term parking spaces is not available. If a car park is fully booked, please check the online availability regularly for any free spaces.
