Here you can submit your recovered ticket. If the fee charged does not match your actual parking time, we will refund the difference.
Please note that submitted tickets must be no more than 90 days old.
We reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €5 for this service. This is in accordance with Section IV of our parking terms and conditions for short-term parkers.

What do I do if I have lost my parking ticket?
Please contact the PBG control center via the pay station. A replacement ticket will be issued. A service fee will be charged for the replacement in accordance with the parking conditions.
How do I find my car?
When parking, make a note of the floor you’re on. Some car parks offer additional guidance, such as parking space numbers or coloured markings.
How do I report damage or an incident in the car park?
Please speak directly to the on-site staff or contact the PBG control centre via the intercom. Please note that you must report the incident BEFORE leaving the car park.
How do I contact PBG Customer Service?
You can contact PBG Customer Service by telephone on the central support number: 069 26084500. The service is available Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and on Fridays from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. In emergencies or in the event of technical faults on site, the PBG control centre is available 24 hours a day.
Where can I find information about disruptions or construction work?
You can find the latest information on technical disruptions, maintenance work or construction work on the homepage and on the webpage for each car park.
Is there a central helpline for problems in the car parks?
Yes. There is a call button at every pay machine and at every exit, which you can use to contact the PBG control centre 24 hours a day.
Are the car parks monitored by CCTV?
Yes, most PBG parking garages are largely monitored by video surveillance. In addition, they are well-lit to ensure the highest possible level of safety and security.
Where can I hand in lost property if I find it in the car park?
Lost property can be handed in to the car park staff. Items that are not claimed will be handed over to the municipal lost property office after a certain period.
How does ‘Pay-by-invoice parking’ work?
With the “Pay-by-invoice parking” service, you can park without having to pay at the payment machine each time you park. The license plate number you have on file in the customer portal will be automatically recognized. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice for all parking transactions, which you can view in your account. Please note that you must register your number plate before your first entry.

What if I change my number plate or sell my car?
Simply update your number plate in the customer portal. This ensures that only active vehicles are billed. Please note that you must register your number plate before your first entry.
What is a parking voucher?
A parking voucher is a prepaid voucher that you can use to pay for parking at participating PBG car parks.
Where can I buy parking vouchers?
Parking vouchers can be ordered using the online form on the website.
How do I redeem a parking voucher?
Before exiting, enter your license plate number on the touchscreen at the automated toll booth. The parking fee is displayed. Hold the parking voucher in front of the QR/barcode scanner (located in the center of the payment machine), and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the parking fee.
Which car parks are the parking vouchers valid for?
The parking vouchers are valid at the PBG car parks in Frankfurt listed on the voucher.
When does a parking voucher expire?
Parking vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
Can I get a replacement for a lost parking voucher?
No, for security reasons, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
